We offer a variety of training and fitness classes for youth and adults. Currently, our main group fitness classes are centered around boxing basics, while getting a great full body workout! As we grow we hope to expand our style of classes. If it is your first time visiting please drop-in on any group session to see what we’re about and meet the team! First week free for all new guest.
Scholarships are available for our Neighborhood IMPACT families. Please come in, check us out and we will figure it out!
All youth programs are FREE (6-18)!
IMPACT FIT - Coach led, full body fitness training with weights, cardio, plyometrics, warm up and cool down. Learn boxing basics, perfect your combos and footwork, while getting a great full body workout.
OPEN GYM- Equipment available for personal use and planning. SCHEDULED CLASSES take priority over equipment and space. Take a look at our schedule to optimize your gym experience.
YOUTH PROGRAMS - Impacted by, True Ring Leaders, a ministry founded by Mark Owens, our kids program seeks to provide, mentorship, fitness, education, and Godly leadership to build up and instill high quality values, character, integrity, responsibility and neighborly compassion.
BRAZILIAN JUI JITSU - a.k.a BJJ is a ground-based martial art, using leverage, angles, pressure and timing in order to achieve a non-violent submission of one’s opponent. Kids Jiu Jitsu is great for for building confidence, stamina and aiding with anti-bullying. Teaches discipline at all ages through technique fitness while promoting self defense, weight loss, and comradery.
JUI JITSU OPEN MAT - A practice period without a structured class format. Come in and practice techniques, engage in sparring (also called “rolling” in BJJ), or just drill with partners at your own pace.

Coach Frazier has taken the lead on all things Impact Training Club. He is dedicated to offering quality training sessions and equipping the next generation in not only fitness and boxing but in life. He might not say much but his actions, leadership and character speak for themselves.

Coach Trey brings the motivation and hype to the gym no matter the time of day you seen him. He believes fitness truly is mentally driven. Like everything in life, it’s simply a series of choices. The choice to start, keep going, finish, eat right, etc... It’s not just about looking good, but truly making a lifestyle change for a better quality of life.
